Q.- How can I send my texts?
A.- The most used way is e-mail. But you can also do it by postal mail.

Q.- Can I use Macintosh to send texts?
A.- Yes, you can. But we prefer PC and Windows if possible. You can use Word formats (txt., rich text), WordPerfect, etc. to do it this way.

Q.- Spanish language is very different in Spain and Latin countries. Isn´t this a problem in order to translate?
A.- We´re quite familiar with the Spanish which is spoken in LatinAmerican countries. Therefore there´s no problem to translate both for clients in Spain and clients in LatinAmerica. This is a kind of information which is considered when we carry out our previous study of the text to be translated.

Q.- English in the United Kingdom and in the United States is quite different. Do you consider this fact when you translate?
A.- We have seasoned translators who have experience with translating for both countries. They know very well the language differences between them. Therefore there won´t be any translation conflicts. This is a piece of information which we gather during our previous study of the text to be translated.
